Charities
Mental  health is really important to us. It spans so many disorders, and effects so many people, the World Health Organisation suggest as many as 1 in 4 people. Recognising difficulties in yourself and others is difficult, let alone gaining access to the therapies needed. That's why it's important to us to help charities out that support people living with this.

We will donate a 10% of our profits to a variety of charities. Some of these are listed below, but we're always open to new options so please get in touch to make any comments or suggestions

We’re Mind, the mental health charity. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Today. Now. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.

Our mission is to support in making mental health topics relevant and accessible for all black people in the U.K.

We have put together this organisation, to enable as many black people, to get specialised help. We aim to fulfil this by connecting black individuals and families with professional mental health services across the U.K

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK and the cause of 18 deaths every day.

The PANDAS Foundation is here to help support and advise any parent and their networks who need support with perinatal mental illness. We are also here to inform and guide family members, carers, friends and employers as to how they can support someone who is suffering
